Garner has taken care of our HVAC needs at all three of the homes we have lived in. Always great service and excellent response times. When our heat went out they had someone there within hours. I called Garners with no heat and panicked bc it was March and cold. They came same day, diagnosed the issue- cracked heat exchanger and leaking carbon monoxide. They were professional, quick, and knowledgeable. They helped me find the very best affordable option and had a new furnace installed within days. They even let me borrow space heaters in the mean time as I waited for parts to come in. They truly went above and beyond. They were amazing to work with and I will definitely recommend them to others! Brandon did a fantastic job on the instal and Nicole was a blessing to work with in the office. Thanks! 😊
Rick came in and got right to work on the AC unit. He asked if I needed help with changing the filter. He checked that and said it didn’t need to be changed yet. I love it when they don’t try to sell you something you don’t need. He’s always very courteous and respectful. (Price was a package with heating and cooling maintenance.)

We needed a new water heater and they recommended we go with the tank less heater. They are one of the best Heating and Cooling companies I have experienced. They were in and out within a few hours. I would highly recommend Garner for all of your needs.
My family's furnace was having issues so we called garner heating and cooling and they sent someone out to look at it. Turns out we needed a new furnace and so they gave us a quote. A few days later we called them back and decided to have them install a new furnace for us. I'm glad we did because the furnace is awesome, and not going to lie, the security of knowing we won't have to replace our furnace anytime soon is very reassuring. They got the new one installed and the setup is very neat and compact. The time frame was a few hours for them to complete which I thought was quick. Very impressed overall. My water heater went out in February called Garner they had a service tech out within an hour he checked it to see if he could get it going bit it had been leaking water and was shot, Brad Garner called within 20 minutes with an estimate for a new one 4 hours later the new water heater was installed. Great job and very quick response time will definitely use them again and highly recommend Garner Heating.
Called them a little before 8:30 in the morning asking for a tech to fix our a/c and I’m writing this review at 9:30 same morning and the technician Rick already came out and resolved the issue for a very reasonable price. I could not recommend this place enough. Very friendly and very quick.
Garner is a solid HVAC service company. I had need in Ann Arbor. They made an appointment, arrived on time, where experts in my furnace & A/C, & charged a reasonable price. I'll use their service again without any concerns.
Brad and his team have gone above and beyond to help us out including contacting our warranty provider to get our faulty unit replaced. They are quick to answer calls and do repairs as well. Would recommend them 100 times over.
